88 Lowell Street
Renovated in 2009, the 88 Lowell Street building provides both residential and academic space. Dorm rooms occupy the upper four floors with amazing views of downtown Manchester. The lower level and the first two floors are dedicated to academic use by Art Education, Illustration, Sculpture and Liberal Arts. The Institute received support for alternative energy installation from the Public Utilities Commission throught the Reduction of Greenhous Gas Emissions (RGGE) fund in 2009. The building is a candidate for Gold LEED Certification.
