The New Hampshire Institute of Art's certificate programs help you to develop a deeper understanding and mastery of your creative process. An attractive alternative for arts lovers not seeking a traditional Bachelor of Fine Arts, our certificate program is perfect for those seeking professional qualification and a firm foundation in their chosen discipline without the commitment of a full-time degree program.
How it Works
Certificate programs are part-time, non-credit-bearing, focused courses of study offered in four major areas – Interior Design, Painting, Photography, and Printmaking. You’ll embark on a series of both required and elective classes, acquiring comprehensive knowledge within your chosen discipline and building strong relationships with our faculty of practicing artists while creating your own personal body of work. The program culminates with a commencement exhibition and ceremony.
Benefits
The New Hampshire Institute of Art certificate program affords you a deeper level of individualized attention and mentorship. You’ll build strong, lasting relationships with your teachers, gain a thorough understanding of your discipline, and discover your own personal artistic voice. You’ll also graduate with an impressive portfolio of work, ready to tackle your own artistic goals.
