About his work: My painting and drawing explore the nature of introspection within a pictorial space. I exploit the interplay of place in time with various perceptions of the human condition. As deeply as one can draw from the past, my vital energies, in the moment, allow me to produce images which lie outside the confines of time and place. Each work leads, suggests, and points, to the creation of another. The Journey from a past into the future is inward; the residuals I visually experiences are one’s tracks in a space. As a result, my passage is without boundaries, an inward Journey toward a depth of Vision. Artist Bio: David P Wells was born in Northern New York.
