Teaching Philosophy
The artist must definitely learn some skills, but those skills are only relevant to the questions he or she asks and tries to answer. Anyone interested in contributing even a small amount to that ocean we call intellectual and cultural history, is learning how to learn and how to ask the hard questions about what one is doing and why.
