French Building

Built for the Institute in 1916 by Mrs. Emma Blood French, the French Building houses drawing and painting studios, printmaking, jewelry and metalsmithing, as well as liberal art classrooms. In addition to studios and classrooms, the offices of Academic Affairs, Continuing Education, Development, Finance, and the President can all be found here. The first floor presents an exquisite gallery, while a formal auditorium and rotunda space make up the majority of the second floor.
