Teaching Philosophy
Imagery affects society on almost all levels, and to build awareness in students to create quality and educated photographs is at the core of my teaching curriculum. I want students to attain the skills to be responsible and provocative with image making; with a firm consciousness of audience. Photography is multifaceted, but whether preparing students that are interested in commercial, journalistic or fine art practices, all can fall under these strategies.
