Interdisciplinary Arts
The Interdisciplinary Arts course of study provides an opportunity for students to engage in a range of introductory, intermediate, and advanced courses from two studio concentrations. By embracing the choice and synthesis of two distinct disciplines, students gain competencies that can be applied separately or combined in a multimedia genre. In order to facilitate achievement of a strong, visually thematic body of work, students seeking to pursue Interdisciplinary Arts are required to meet criteria for acceptance by the end of their sophomore year. Further, all Interdisciplinary students must take responsibility to adhere to the specific course and material parameters established by the area of concentration.
All interdisciplinary students are subject to the specific defined departmental goals and objectives within their chosen areas of study.
