The Bursar’s Office is located in the French Building, 148 Concord Street, Manchester, NH and is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. We accept payment by cash, check or credit card.

The Institute has partnered with Tuition Management Systems to provide a payment plan that assists BFA students and parents in managing educational expenses. Tuition Management System’s interest-free, monthly payment option allows parents and student to spread their educational expenses over smaller monthly installments for only a small enrollment fee. A 10-month payment plan (July through April) and a 9-month payment plan (August through April) are available that cover the fall and spring semesters. Summer semester must be paid separately.
