Refund Policy
If a student withdraws from a course or from the Institute, the tuition and fee charges* will be adjusted according to the following refund policy.
| Fall & Spring Semesters | Percent Adjusted | Percent Student Responsibility |
| If officially dropped or withdrawn by the end of the first academic week | 100% | 0% |
| If officially dropped or withdrawn by the end of the second academic week | 80% | 20% |
| If officially withdrawn by the end of the third academic week | 50% | 50% |
| If officially withdrawn by the end of the fourth academic week | 25% | 75% |
| There are no refunds given for withdrawals after the fourth academic week. | ||
| * The Registration Fee, Student Activity Fee, and Technology Fee are non-refundable. | ||
| Summer Semester | ||
| If officially dropped or withdrawn by the end of the first academic week: | 100% | 0% |
| There are no refunds given after the first academic week of classes. | ||
