The Writing Studio, developed as an academic resource for enrolled students, provides individual and group sessions to assist students with all aspects of the writing process. Those who need extra help with general writing skills, as well as those who are working on specific assignments for studio and liberal arts classes, are welcome. In addition to working on basics, such as how to effectively approach assignments and develop ideas, the Writing Studio focuses on helping students learn to write with clarity, artistry, and strength.

The Institute’s Writing Studio is located on the second floor of Fuller Hall and is equipped with personal computers, a laser printer, and academic assistance technology. It is professionally staffed on a full-time basis by the Writing Studio Coordinator, and serves to meet the literacy, research, and writing needs for all Institute students.

Writing Studio Hours:
Mondays: 11:00 am - 5:00 pm
Tuesdays: 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Wednesdays: 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Thursdays: 11:00 am - 5:00 pm
And by appointment on Fridays, mornings, and evenings
